Warranty Coverage
Winlor is committed to quality. We take pride in our window coverings and want you to be happy with your purchase for years.
Winlor offers a limited lifetime warranty on key parts: Cassettes, Bottom Rails, and Tubes.
Check your order when you get it. You have five (5) days from pickup or delivery to tell us if anything is missing (like slats or brackets) or if there are defects. After five days, we consider the order complete and correct. We cannot accept claims for missing or defective parts after this time.
Ongoing Coverage
Mechanism Warranty (3 Years)
Parts that move, like cord locks and tilt gears, have a three-year warranty. This also covers brackets, wands, and caps.
Fabric Warranty
- Value fabrics: 1-year warranty
- Silver fabrics: 3-year warranty
- Gold fabrics: 5-year warranty
Motor and Remote Warranty (1 Year)
Motors in our automated blinds have a 1-year warranty from the date you bought them.
Note: We do not cover batteries, accessories, or problems caused by changing motor settings or tampering.
What is Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or abuse
- Not following installation or cleaning instructions
- Normal wear and tear, like fading from the sun
- Damage from pets, insects, or bad weather
- Pleats losing shape from being left in one position too long
- Wrinkles in large blinds if not used regularly
- Warping of wood blinds in humid or wet areas
Natural Materials
Products made from wood or natural fibers may vary in color and texture. You might see:
- Small bends in slats
- Knots or wood grain marks
These are normal for natural materials and are not defects.
How to Get Service
- Bring the defective blind to your dealer or the Blinds Hub showroom.
- Show your original invoice or receipt.
Returned products must be clean. We may refuse service if blinds are dirty or damaged by misuse.
If the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the product. If your fabric is no longer available, we will match it with a similar one. Colors may vary slightly.
Legal Disclaimer
This warranty is for the original buyer and original address only. You cannot transfer it. Winlor does not offer other warranties beyond this one.
We are not responsible for other costs like shipping, installation, or loss of use.
Some laws do not allow us to exclude certain damages, so this may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights.
Custom Products
All custom blinds are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order products, even under warranty.
Effective Date: April 21st, 2025. This warranty supersedes all previous versions.
